Millions of passengers have passed through US airport security in the last week, according to the TSA.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended Americans to not travel for Thanksgiving last week — but that didn’t stop more than 1 million travelers from passing through US airport security on Sunday and more than 900,000 on Tuesday, according to the Transportation Security Administration.

Since the CDC issued that warning, nearly 5 million people have boarded airplanes. The agency receives passenger information from the airlines as part of its screening responsibilities, and the data does not show widespread cancellations in recent days, TSA spokesman Andy Post said.

Atletico thought they had found a breakthrough midway through the second half when Koke netted on the rebound after a shot from Yannick Carrasco but the goal was ruled out for a narrow offside following a VAR review.

Philanthropist Audrey Gruss’ wintertime tips for decorating and hosting in the Hamptons

The Hamptons have never seen a holiday season quite like this. With the who’s who riding out the pandemic from their tony oceanfront estates this winter, the usual warm-weather pallets, décor and table settings simply won’t do. Luckily, Hamptons veteran, philanthropist and super-hostess, Audrey Gruss, has tips for adapting to the new year-round lifestyle that’s emerged on the East End.

Harvest what you have

For her socially distanced dinners, Gruss — who is president of Hope Fragrances, which raises money for her Hope for Depression Research Foundation — said that it’s all about decorating with the autumnal ingredients you have on hand. She loves using fresh radishes, squash and bushy bundles of herbs.

“I put whatever I have left over from my potted herb garden on the table with little radishes around candles in hurricane lamps,” she said. “I mix in votive candles wrapped in raffia, which looks very natural

27 coronavirus deaths at Illinois veterans nursing home prompts probe

LASALLE, Ill. (AP) — State officials have launched investigations into a coronavirus outbreak at a veterans nursing home in Illinois that has infected nearly 200 residents and staff members, and killed 27 veterans.

News outlets reported Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s office and the state’s Department of Veteran’s Affairs are attempting to determine what caused the outbreak at the state-run LaSalle Veterans’ Home. The department on Tuesday requested an independent probe into the facility, which was the focus of a state Senate committee virtual hearing on the outbreak.

“The tragedy of what has unfolded at the veterans’ home cannot be understated,” said State Senator Sue Rezin, who represents the district where the home is located. “I’m glad that the director has called for an independent investigation and agree that there are lesson to be learned from this terrible outbreak that has claimed the lives of 27 of our nation’s heroes.”

Los Angeles Bans Overnight Location Filming Amid Stay-at-Home Order

Local government officials have pulled the plug on overnight location filming in Los Angeles for the next month due to the surge in COVID-19 cases.

Officials from the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles informed FilmLA of new limits on hours of filming. Permissible filming hours will be restricted to 7 a.m. to  10 p.m. in residential areas and 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. in commercial areas and any previously issued permits for after-hours filming have been rescinded.

She’s still in her 20s, but increasingly prolific Hollywood filmmaker Erika Olde runs her own production company — West Hollywood’s Black Bicycle Entertainment, which has bankrolled major motion pictures, among them Whitney Cummings’ “The Female Brain,” the Reese Witherspoon-starrer “Home Again,” “Woman Walks Ahead,” featuring a critically-lauded Jessica Chastain performance, and Sacha Gervasi’s “November Criminals” — and she’s already a veteran on the luxury real estate scene, too.

Last year, Olde and her husband Wade Coggin sold two side-by-side Beverly Hills homes for a combined $13.3 million, and over the summer she ponied up millions for a massive compound in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

In fall 2018, Olde paid $2.9 million for a home in the mountains above L.A.’s bustling Sepulveda Pass, in a guard-gated community that’s about halfway between the posh neighborhood of Brentwood and Encino. Set on a one-acre hillside property, behind
