Haven Design Works was recently recognized at the 40th Annual OBIE Awards with two Gold OBIEs for its work with Paran Homes for Best Interior Merchandising. These model homes are award-winning and were designed to resonate with the target markets and enhance the Paran Homes buying experience.

“We are thrilled to be recognized for our partnership with Paran Homes. We worked together to create a final product that would inspire home buyers as they toured the homes. Both of these homes have been incredibly successful in terms of sales because they allow the buyers to envision what it is like to live in them,” said Donna Mathis, Owner and CEO of Haven Design Works.

Haven Design Works and Paran Homes won the following Gold OBIEs:

Best Interior Merchandising, Detached $300,000 – $399,000 – GOLD Winner

The Savannah model has a luxurious, oversized master suite and two secondary bedrooms, one merchandised as a guest room and the other as a working study. Current design trends like vertical shiplap and bold paint colors were incorporated into this home. For more information on the Savannah model, visit Seaboard Junction.
